Many athletes use our process and here's how it works!

Every week, we have calls with athletes to help them perform better through mental training. We also answer any questions you or your parents have by email or text. Everything you tell us is private and confidential unless approved by the athlete. All sessions are remote and are flexible to fit in your schedule.

  • Smart Coaching Assessment: We discuss your goals, how you feel, and the specific areas that you need to improve.
  • Mental Coaching Plan: We issue a plan we share with the athlete to clarify our path forward.
  • Weekly Call and Review: We review the progress made by the athlete based on the individual mental performance plan.
  • Action Plan and Goal Setting: During every call, we issue goal setting and an action plan for the week ahead.
  • Self-Reflection Work: Every athlete is asked to complete a weekly self-reflection to help them think about their progress.
  • Check-in for Guidance: Our weekly check-ins help evaluate progress and ensure we head in the right direction.

Meet Ashley – an accomplished mental performance coach, school counselor, coach, and athlete with a passion for helping others.

She has over a decade of experience working with athletes and a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master’s in School Counseling…

Ashley is a National Certified Counselor equipped to help athletes navigate the mental and emotional aspects of sports. 

Her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Coaching Science and experience playing and starting on nationally recognized teams make her a well-rounded and knowledgeable mentor for budding athletes.

Coaching is in Ashley’s DNA.

She’s coached girls’ soccer at the travel and high school levels for over 10 years and recently added CrossFit to her repertoire in 2018.

Her many certifications, including CrossFit Level 1 Instructor, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Instructor, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Nutritionist, and USSF “D” License holder, showcase her dedication to helping athletes succeed both on and off the field.
