This self-paced program offers short daily lessons that fit seamlessly into a busy athlete’s schedule, featuring a guided 60-lesson curriculum covering key sport psychology concepts. Through daily journaling prompts, you’ll reflect on your thoughts, track progress, and build consistent habits while gaining a foundational understanding of mental performance strategies. All of these strategies are beneficial to overall athlete growth and helping to build confidence in sports. Ideal for independent learners, this program empowers you to integrate lessons into your routine without the need for direct guidance.

MyMindset is a web-based app that you can access from your desktop or on your mobile phone. You are able to download the app onto the home screen of your mobile phone.
Athletes will learn how to create habits by enabling push notifications on their mobile device, setting alarms and reminders for themselves, or using our texting feature to send regular text message reminders (must opt-in to this feature).

We suggest a consistent approach with 8-12 sessions to get the most out of mental performance coaching, based on sports psychology. This will ensure time to review and practice the strategies, so athletes make lasting changes in their game. After that period ends, athletes may continue working with a coach regularly – weekly, biweekly, or monthly – for sustained success!
