Complete one mini sport psychology lesson + specific journal prompt per day for 8 weeks to develop an elite mindset for sports and life. Athletes will receive feedback & personal responses on their journaling from an expert coach to make sure they are both understanding the lesson and are staying on track. This course is best for athletes who are self-motivated, introverted, limited on time, tech-savvy, and would prefer to learn on their own time. Athletes can purchase discounted coaching sessions upon purchasing.
A comprehensive coaching program to receive personalized support in addition to specialized strategies in goal setting and motivation, focus and visualization, building confidence and positivity, stress and anxiety management, coping with adversity, creating effective performance routines, leadership skills, and self-advocacy. Athletes will be expected to complete specific, daily homework & intentional training that they will discuss with their coach each week. Metrics and coaching session notes are shared weekly for progress tracking.
