I’m Ashley, and I hold a Master’s in Sport Psychology, a Master’s in School Counseling, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Coaching Science.

I approach mental performance training from a holistic and hands-on approach to help athletes improve their mindset through applicable strategies based in sport psychology. Consistency and intentional training are key to mastering your mindset & improving your sport performance. Mental training should be prioritized in daily routines in order to develop meaningful habits that when done every day, can make exceptional and substantial changes to your game.

As a lifelong athlete…

I have encountered many of the obstacles & experiences that many athletes today face. Performance anxiety, low self-confidence, lots of self-doubt, perfectionism, you name it. Truly, know how hard it is to be an athlete and have been through the ups and downs in the process of improving my mindset. In the end, I have learned how to enjoy all of the benefits that being an athlete provides from training my brain.

From my own experience, I can assure you that you can overcome mindset obstacles too by learning right interventions and strategies that work best for you. My knowledge and education in sport psychology & tons of work with athletes have proven that this can work for you.
