There is always a method to our mental performance coaching, and it is personalized to your specific goals and the weekly reflections.

  • Initial Smart Coaching Assessment: We discuss your goals, how you feel, and the specific areas that you need to improve.
  • Mental Performance Coaching Plan: We issue a plan we share with the athlete to clarify our path forward.
  • Consistent Calls and Review: We review the progress made by the athlete based on the individual mental performance plan.
  • Self-Reflection: Every athlete is asked to complete a weekly self-reflection to help them think about their progress.
  • Effective Goal Setting: During every call, we issue goal setting and an action plan for the week ahead.
  • Check-ins for Accountability: Our weekly check-ins help evaluate progress and ensure we head in the right direction.

Meet Ashley! Your elite mental performance coach who is specialized in helping youth & colleges athletes to achieve at their best! 

Hi, I’m Ashley – a seasoned counselor with over 10 years of experience working with athletes. Alongside my Master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology and Master’s in School Counseling, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Coaching Science. Trust me to help you achieve your full potential on and off the field!

As a lifelong athlete, I have a passion for competition. With experience playing for Olympic Development and nationally ranked high school teams, I bring a level of expertise to any team I’m on. I’m also a seasoned coach with over 10 years of experience coaching girls’ soccer and CrossFit. My certifications, including CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, ensure that I can guide others toward success in their own fitness journeys. Additionally, I hold a USSF “D” License for coaching soccer, making me a well-rounded coach and athlete.

Empowering young athletes to succeed, both on and off the field is my life’s work. Combining an expert education in sport psychology with years of hands-on experience, I offer strategic mental performance coaching to help youth athletes achieve their full potential.
