Coaching Program
Our Elite Mentality is a program is for those select athletes who are prepared to elevate their game through coach collaboration and support, commitment and trust in the process, and being adaptable when faced with challenges and obstacles.
This personalized coaching program empowers athletes to evolve their mindset by using applied sport psychology strategies to feel confident, experience less performance anxiety, and enjoy their sport.
PROCESS
Athletes will meet one-on-one with Ashley for four, eight, or twelve consecutive weeks. During this time, we will discuss your strengths, goals, and areas you want to improve. Starting each session, we will reflect and report on your current progress. During each session, we will also dive into one of eight specific sport psychology lessons. Our comprehensive approach to developing an Elite Mentality requires consistency, intentionality, and accountability. Athletes following our program are expected to complete daily tasks & homework to get the most benefit and see the fastest results. With our NEW mindset training platform, athletes will be able to view tasks, coaching session progress notes, journal, and see their real time progress metrics.

Initial Consultation & Goal Setting
We'll begin with a thorough discussion to understand your athletic goals, strengths, and areas needed for improvement. Together, we'll set specific objectives to guide their progress each coaching session.
Personalized Coaching Sessions
Customized one-on-one coaching sessions will provide each athlete with accountability, caring feedback & guidance, weekly wins & challenges, & intentional mindset & performance training to help achieve goals.
Peak Performance Strategies
We help improve focus & decision-making while managing performance under pressure. We develop performance routines for training & competition that include physical & mental strategies to build consistency and confidence.
Consistent Confidence Building
Our program includes systematic exercises to build and maintain confidence through progressive challenges and successes We'll help to challenge limiting beliefs while replacing them with positive affirmations and a growth mindset
Goal Tracking & Progress Evaluation
We will monitor athlete’s progress towards their performance and confidence goals. Regular reflection and feedback sessions will ensure they stay on track and continue to grow throughout the course of the program.
Ongoing Support & Accountability
We will provide continuous support, encouragement, and motivation to keep each athlete focused and committed to their goals. We are available for guidance and feedback between coaching sessions as needed.

Apply the Strategies You Learned
Elite Mentalit, is meant to prepare each athlete for sports & life.
Over the course of the 4, 8, or 12 weeks, the sport psychology strategies each athlete learns in their personalized program will provide a strong foundation they can continue to build on regularly.
Athletes are strongly encouraged to continue to learn, reflect, and use the strategies learned from each session.
The recap email in addition to the daily journaling of athletes serves as a great reminder of what we covered as well as what the athlete learned.
After working with me, I strongly encourage athletes to be confident, autonomous, and empowered to be mentally tough & resilient amongst all future training, competition, challenges, and obstacles
they face.
Continue With Individual Sessions
Sometimes, athletes would like a bit more support beyond the 4, 8, or 12 weeks of coaching sessions.
While I still strongly encourage autonomy & a chance to learn & apply the strategies we covered on their own...we can always have the conversation if we feel a bit more are wanted.
Just as we personalize the program for each athlete, we can easily personalize additional sessions per the need of the athlete.
Examples of when this occurs:
Some athletes ask for additional sessions when they have an important competition coming up, when they are preparing for a new season, transitioning from high school to college, or when they are in the middle of a transition in teams.
